Who is your wedding coordinator/planner? If you don’t have a professional wedding coordinator, I ask that you designate either a family member or a friend as your wedding coordinator for the day - someone that I can work with and talk to throughout the day so as to provide a stress-free experience for you.

Are there any special family situations (divorces, deaths, etc.) that I should know about that I need to be sensitive to? If there are divorces, are they comfortable being photographed together?

Which group photos must absolutely be taken?
Please list any other group shots that must be taken, including the corresponding names and relationship to the wedding couple (e.g. just the bride with her maid-of-honour, bride & groom with family friends, etc.)
Will you want a group photo of the bride & groom with the wedding party and all guests? Please note that this may not be possible if there are hundreds of guests and not enough space in the location.
